Kai is proud to collaborate with Ramona Farms for a special dinner that will pay homage to the indigenous ingredients and heritage crops of the Gila River Indian Community. Ramona Farms is owned and operated by Ramona and Terry Button, who have dedicated their lives to cultivating and preserving traditional Native American crops. 
Chef Ryan Swanson has curated a five-course tasting menu inspired by Ramona Farms utilizing their specialty products including tepary beans, ga’ivsa, pinole, and more.
Following the dinner, guests will enjoy a private viewing of the resort’s firework show from the restaurant’s patio.
$140 per guest (plus tax & gratuity)
